I am on the phone to Paypal at the moment and they tell me I have to either.

 

a. Wait 30 days for the unclaimed payment to be refunded

 

b. Wait for the payment to be claimed then file a dispute through PayPal

 

They will not reverse the payment because the email address is still a registered with PayPal.

got my money back, just lodged a complaint and explained the situation. Bloke never replied and i got my money! The better part was urbangardnershop then sent me an email saying i owed them money...............Not a fckn chance

LOdge a complaint with PayPal, and they give the opposition 30 days to respond in their defence and in my case no one responded so they refunded my money.
