Funny how i see the urbangardener banner on the main page now.

 

I wonder how they justify a 3 week delivery time.

 

Has anyone recieved anything from these guys?

That is really fucking bizarre THC. Im still waiting to see if anyone answers my, and others, earlier question - has anyone here ordered and recieved from him?

He's priced me a couple of things but when ive asked him delivery time ( i learnt from you thc!) its always been too long. However im going to give him a go next week cause when he has exactly the same fan as my usual supplier for 90$ cheaper i can wait 7-10days. AND at least we know if there is a stuff up you get your money back so at least he's trying, however that may be....

IMHO that would not really be constructive, at this point no one has reported actually loosing money (although 5 weeks delay is a bloody pain in the ass), and until we get someone reporting an actual delivery from them or being ripped off we can only assume they are genuine, just going about things the wrong way.

It's quite simple, if they cant provide a decent range of products in a decent timeframe they wont last long.

Hay THC good to hear that your very patient & sticking with things even though the delivery is up shit creek - well atm anyhows.

I have not ordered a new Lumitech 400w ballast YET, but will do so soon providing no reports of $ lost.

 

Keep the info flowing on this matter - I am sure if someone alerts them to the $ here with many customers they may prioritize things with an eye on 'cash flow' - do people when they order/email let them know where the cash is originating from - their sponsorship/advertising on this site.

 

If enough people identify the source (Ozstoers.com) and providing they don't get fear ridden irrationally is could help them out.

 

I will be identifying Ozstoners as my info source when I email prior to placing my order.

they called me last monday saying most of the organic nutrients I had ordered were not in stock and they wont get them due to there supplier not being able to stock them or somthing.

so keep in mind alot of the organic nutes they say they stock they dont really and proly best to email before u pay to avoid the hassle,

 

after they called me and I sorted out the partial refund,

said it would be shipped and I should of received it the next day (tuesday) didnt come untill thursday, (not to bad considering how long some hav been waiting)

altho the packaging was fine, nice and plain

 

I might use them again. hopefully they get there shit together

Seems to be a tad of a drama , for me to bother with it.
