Hi

 

Was talking to local shop and he said UrbanGardener have not got anything at all in stock and is having a hard time getting stock aswell, dont know if this true or not but maybe a word of caution.

Sounds to me like your local shop is spreading rumors in an attempt to keep customers from using UG :thumbsup: ... How would he know details like "they are having a hard time getting stock as well"?? not something that they would be advertising to the competition.

One thing you should know...

Ordered on 6/8, confirmation of purchase email had this tagged on top

Please note - since we have opened this month the 12 of july and due to a large number of pending orders there will be a 12 day delay for july orders.

 

A 7 day delivery guarantee will commence on 15.8.2009.

 

Thank you and we apologize for the delay

 

of course it wasnt on their site, they only tell you after you pay :wallbash:

 

Now the 18/8 and still no delivery, if its not here by friday night we will see if that guarantee is worth anything :wallbash:
