Setting up my GROW ROOM (Skunk #1)

So I have a holiday house, with a room downstairs that is 2.5m by2.5m and about 2.2m tall....

Simple as that...But it gets better the electricity meter is stuck (prepaid electricity) So I dont pay for any electricity..

Its quite a rural sea side village so PERFECT spot to grow...

 

My seeds:

Skunk #1 from sensi seeds X10

Shiva Shanti from Sensi Seeds X 10

Early Skunk from Sensi seeds X 10

 

And 3 white widdow bag seeds

And about 5 Chronic seeds (Bag seed)

 

So now the question? With that space what system will yeild alot ....Fast and consistently ...

You don't know if that is a good or bad yet ......i myself think it "unwise" and i would "un-stick" it and that way i wouldn't be visited unexpectedly by you know who. ............. Your choice /risk, but I'd pay & do a SCROG in that space with the SK#1- not fdrom seed but from clones.

Hot as hell, but way too windy...

I dont think anyone will worry about the meter...

House is about 60 years old and the meter has apparently been stuck since installation..

Even if the White and Blue rock up, there will be nothing for them to see...

Im installing a dry wall with secret door, Air scrubbers, Fingerprint access and NOBODY knows where it is

 

What do you think I could yeild with a SOG set up?

 

Studying Botany and Biochem at the mo Ah plant genetics (Its a beautiful thing) Anyone done a WW and Skunk #1 blend ?

well when you take into consideration.. a 600 will do a space 1.2mx1.2m.. then you could fit 4 600's in there.. with 4 pots under each..

 

with various strains like you have.. all have different flowering times.. so it makes the grow set up a little more difficult..

 

your best bet is if you wish to use different strains.. would be to set up a veg space.. and a flowering space.. using pots that can either be interchangeable or separated so you can move them around as they mature..

 

if all the strains had relatively the same flowering time.. or you were using clones.. id say go for the 4 600's with a 16 poy system.. or 4, 4pot systems under each light..

 

but in youre case if you wish to grow various strains.. id split the room.. clones.. veg.. and flower..

 

so.. maybe get a 600MH for a veg cab.. and maybe 2 or 3 600's for the flowering section..this way you dont have to have all the plants harvested at the same time.. but harvest as they are ready.. this is the only time id advise to have a dedicated flowering room.. as most home grows dont have the space.. its usually better to veg and flower in the same room.. from clones.. from seeds.. youll need to sex and cull males.. so the separate sections would benefit in the long run..

Ya I was thinking 4 females, under 24Hr Flouro tubes...along one wall...

Clone boxes, under flouros...

And then a 600 MH for veg of the new clones and perhaps two 1000 W HPS for 9 pots each 12/12 for flowering ?

 

I Just want high yeild???

sounds a nice spot .. you want yeild , you gonna have to do some growing first mate . i;d just do the skunk 1 first , grow em sex em flower em . see how they perform , then choose the best performer then grow it . easy to get yeild ,, just add more plants an grow some balls ...

yep...ev's right - simple as that

 

but seriously...

SS has the right idea lights wise - better spread with 4 x 600w than 2 x 1000w IMO

and Nitrams suggestion of a SCROG - screen of green is the best way to maximize your yield

you could go for SOG when you have nailed cloning but that increases your plant numbers drastically and the repercussions if you get caught

 

So get growing and practice your cloning technique - you'll need it for decent yields
