I jotted down what the reporter said on the tube just now.

 

" Today a local 35 year old man was charged over a sophisticated homegrown cannabis crop. The man was using an elaborate hydroponic set up. The police found 17 mature plants with an estimated street value of $34000. The man will appear in local court on ---- charged with 1)Possesion & Cultivation and 2)Possesion of Equipment to Self Administer Drugs "

Don't know, the report had a spot in the news highlight reels every ad break for an hour or so before it came on but the story itself was quite short. I wrote what the reporter said pretty much word for word, nothing was said about electricity or how he got fingered.
