Man Arrested For Depositing Pot, Cocaine into Bank

Recommended Posts

A Florida man may have been slightly distracted last week when he attempted to deposit some marijuana and cocaine along with his cash at a drive-through Tallahassee bank.

According to the "Tallahassee Democrat," a teller called police after Cameron Jefferson, 38, placed a small bag of pot, a small bag of a white powder, 200-dollars and deposit slip into the deposit canister as he sat in his white SUV.

When authorities arrived on scene, Jefferson was detained and arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and cannabis.

Three marijuana cigarettes were also reportedly found in the suspect's car.

Jefferson told police he placed 200-dollars in the deposit canister.

When asked if he might have accidentally placed the drugs in there with the money, he refused to comment.

Jefferson is currently free on $3,000 bail.
