My views on NSW 4 yr Med Trail

Just my 2 cents worth on the new 4 year trail of medical use for NSW resisdents.

 

I believe that the NSW Labour government are chicken shits! The only reason I see that they are doing this trail is the fact that they wanted the GREENIE prefrences in this last election just gone and had to compromise on their drug policy (which I am sure you all heard about on the news before the election).

 

I guess its a start.

 

Anyway keep voting for the GREENS!

Regardless of the greenie preferences they have still undertaken to at least give medical marijuana a trail,some one had to do it and y not nsw,hats off to them in my book.

 

there may be a mass exodus to nsw from all other states , but i agree with dr kerryn phelps there should be a NATIONAL POLICY on MEDICAL MARIJUANA and i for one will be sending letters to other state pollies to help encourage other states to join nsw in their campaign.

 

and yes it probably will be a lost cause sending emails but at least i am saying and doing what i think is right for me and my sick friends.

Probably there'll be a boom of population in Tweed Heads, NSW from people in QLD who want to live close to Gold Coast/Brisbane

g'day; Bob Carr actually mentioned that he would consider medical cannabis use, back in 2000. it is not a new idea by nsw Labour.

Maybe the same thing will happen here, as in south australia and canberra. South Australia have now tightened thier laws.

 

Anyway who is to say what you can and can not use as medicene. Ancient man has used many plants and extracts for medicene and religous purposes for many years.

 

My hat will come off when the goverment realise that gods creations shouldn't be illegal. I can understand that manufactured drugs might be illegal... but I can not understand how a plant can be illegal.

 

Hopefully we are moving in the right direction.

Kash - No plastic bags and breast implants are man made! But I can see your reasoning. I am sure god didn't make cars, but he gave man the power to make whatever he wanted. Just as god has given us the power to smoke.
