The actual lights in the Y piece are _most likely_ standard bayonet fitting, could be Edison Screw but I doubt it.

 

Standard bayonet fittings are available just about anywhere.

You are making a mountain out of a molehill.

 

Decide on what lights you want. Buy suitable fixtures for them. If you want those nifty Y points they are probably standard bayonet, so buy lamps that fit standard bayonets. If you want 'wall mount' fittings, buy such.

 

I think the black squares are not wall mounted fittings, just some form of foam the originator is using to store spare bulbs.

The picture is from a video i tried to post a link to but it wouldnt let me.The black thing is indeed a powerboard.I know what bulbs i need because i have them right now.I have 6 X 28watt bayonete spiral cfl`s.

I have rang around and tried a heap of hydroponic stores in melbourne and surrounding areas for these light buld adapters but knowone seems to know what im talking about.But there are all these people that have growboxes with this same setup.Alot of people are usingthem in those pc growboxes aswell.

if the black thing is a powerboard it has been made, manually, by the owner.

 

Look at the three lamps top left corner. 2 are resting against each other, the 3rd is far enough away to put another lamp in the gap.

Its just a ormal powerboard that you plug a 3 pin plug into.Those cfl bulbs are fitted into a bayonete socket and at the other end of the socket there is 3 pin plug to plug into the powerboard.Its pretty simple really,ill try find another pic and put it up.But thanks for ya help anyways.

Here is a pic of one.It is only a 2 pin plug socket but i need an aussie 3 pin one.Also this is for screw in bulbs,i need one for bayonete bulbs.
