have any of yous used retro fit mh to hps ballast globes .

 

are these any good or should a just veg with hps?

 

Have been using a 600w sunmaster retro M/H in veg for 12 months now, great globe, has had about 100 power drop outs / hot starts and is still giving good growth. Not cheap @ $110 or so but worth it if you take into account the cost of a decent M/H ballast.
