So now I'm thinking that poor Sally R who inspired it all needs a little help from us to suggest to her and her super (ill)astute boss the addict-shrink some more useful research topics than the piss-weak one that brought her here (in case you missed it she works for that lovely organisation NCPIC who for only 3 million per year of our beautiful tax dollers get to promote loser vids to make you quit pot and they run research programs into how to get us good folk to part the good ol' green.

 

I'm rambling and I'd rather start rolling, the prize is an amazing drawing of a dope leaf drawn by...oh I don't know maybe an incredibly talented artistic stoner or perhaps a small child.... oh yes the idea is to give NCPIC some good ideas for research topics an useful stuff to do, what say you all to...

 

1. do comparitive study to see what does the least lung damage for administering a given amount of THC, say joint vs pipe vs water bong vs vapourisers etc so that whilst we enjoy our chosen lifestyle they can help us minimise risk to our physical well-being.

 

2. A study into the Psychological and emotional damage occuring to victims when they get busted by the cops - how it can impinge on their emotional, sexual, financial lives. What counselling and support services are offered to help victims rebuild their lives after getting their homes trashed, their diaries read, there bodies searched, poked and otherwise violated. A review and perhaps recommendations as to how drug police can carry out their oppressive anti-drugs harrasment whilst minimising the damage to otherwise law-abiding citizens (victims)

 

3. A study to determine if Cannabis can succesfully replace alcohol for alcohol-dependant sufferers, so that they can reduce their alcohol consumption to physically safe levels

 

4. Provide free-legal advice and representation to stoners who get busted.

 

If we get a lot of good suggestions then it may be a grand offering we could present to NCPIC......as .. a .. ..... press release !!!!

 

Please folk lets give it all our best!!

For 3 million a year, they could sack all the psychs in the argon centre, sell the staff cars and buy land.

Get a machine, row up and crop hemp for fibre and seed.

 

While they learn about the value of hemp, they can learn about the value of thc and the other cannabinoids.

You did well to compress all those topics into 4. points I think ... as the references included cover such an expanse of differing and involving factors ...

I'd like to think that the replies already thus far given in the NPRICK [spl*] survey threads have somewhat already had a "mentoring" type of effect (not to be confused with minatour effects witch can be much more drastic and devastatingly chaotic) ...

And ofc Bufo's more in-depth study has enlightened us all ...

Do I hesitate to smiley? ... ... I think Not! ...

 

I personally canna be motivated to contest most online content in E-mail or comment text box type format ... I've tried my hand at a few extensive letters but these are genarally directed at the PM or other such "High" reprasentatives ... None have been posted here or there or anywhere ... I canna directly link my name because of criminal charges enforced apon me in my past (yes mostly Cannabis related , go figure) ... ... This is what also holds me back from being productive in many different courses of action ... must work behind the scenes and behind a veil of secrecy due to improper human rights and privacy issues

 

I'm not entirely sure If I'm "Sober" enouh right now to be relaying my thoughts here right now ... but here goes anyway ... right now ...

 

Sally and Anthony may not have anything to with that organization ... could it be a hoax? .. either by fun loving "criminals" or some other more "sinister" group with ulterior perogatives ... vested motivation and selfish interests??? heheh

I don't think that there is much to be gained by trying to educate such individuals or "organizations" really , might give a feeling of congratulated aptitude for a few moments in time but as to what effect at large it may have is negligable ... culd it even work in a reverse-engineered type fashion?? , i.e. the enemy using our own tactics against us ... this could be a fathomable reality and something I think many of the astute around here and elsewhere also suspect ...

 

On a lighter note .. here at OS there are multiple threads pertaining to similar aspects .. "surveys" if you will , if these so called employed "researchers" just did a little digging , maybe even a little experimentin on their own behalf then maybe they could gain a 'higher" education on the subject .. or maybe WE the stoners need to infiltrate these government departments in order to facilitate change ... ? .. yah , that is certainly a conundrum ... as is relative so many stoners will avoid "public" discussion because of the already percieved discrimination and persecution.

 

The only reason I feel I must put forth my more immediate views at this stage in time is exactly because of that ... There is a desperate need for the persecuted to stand up and not be c*nted .. but be counted
