Flowering, PGRS and PK-13

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

On the fourth week of flowering and not really impressed with bud size so far, I'm growing in coco under 600W and have been feeding the girls Dutchfest Hydrogrow flowering nutrients. Just doing some minor pruning tonight to improve light to bud sites

I was planning to add some canna PK-13 in two weeks time and now I am considering buying something like monsterbud or rock juice to improve yeild, ......I have heard good things about cyco flower and I also have some potash which I add to my garden outside that I was thinking of adding to the plants

.....any suggestions or experiences people would care to share?

Hi raven6 - haven't seen you in a while ?

pgrs are gay............just use potash...........real growers dont need pgrs

I'm with billo on the pgr's.

About your dissapointment in bud size to date ............. off the cuff but hows your globe life going.

I may overdo the new change over by doping every 3 grows ......but a very ccommon problem is the dimming in intensity which can lead to a small bud growth.

If you have not tried the potash you should ............. like everything don't overdoo it !

\;)

Nitty.

Thanks a lot guys

heading to the shop tomorrow to get some PK-13 and some monstabud

Hi Nitty, have been busy lately trying to speed up my outdoor grow...too many projects at once!

....the light is brand spanking new so I dont think there is any problems with it

my girls are very bushy so I feel that there is a problem with light reaching all the bud sites or maybe nutes....hence this post, going to do a little pruning and take everyone's advice and get some nutes going....finger crossed!

I will take some photos tonight and post them in the next couple of days, then hopefully we can compare photos come harvest time with favourable results

once again thanks, I appreciate the help guys

pgrs look good but is no good for you and taste vand resin r lost potash in a natural form like kelp is good cause it has extra goodies as well like natural hormone and carbos try not to use the synthetic potash as it contains up to 50% chloride and will kill all benifical micro organisms cheers and i hope u yield well

It's too late to use Rock Juice - it has to be used in the first 3 weeks.

Jimbo :bongon:

Not correct .... I used Rock in the 5th week of flowering as they were't going as well as they should, figured it was worth a try ..... they put on a spurt and two weeks later the buds had doubled in size.

I think we need a specific thread about tips and tricks of using Rock products, now that they have 5 different products out there it tends to get a bit confusing.
