Just lucky?

Hi all, just had a quick question regarding the probably of male/female plants. Everywhere i read it says it's a 50/50 which obviously makes perfect sense, however every single plant i've grown has been female. I've only grown a grand total of 10 but it seems like there are more forces at play than 50/50. Is it possible the genetic predispositions of the plants are changing due to breeding practices? I don't know but it seems strange that i'm yet to be unfortunate enough to get a male plant. Perhaps i'm just lucky. Edited June 9, 2009 by wildleaf

iwent threw a stage where i had something like 23 males in a row
