itswhat Posted June 8, 2009 Report Share Posted June 8, 2009 you know those metal grinders with the lid, the teeth, the screen and the powder reservoir down the bottom yes?mine is getting stuck when i try to open it. i have managed to get it apart and cleaned some stuff out of the screw thread part and while it has got better it is still doing the same like it might just do it again. is there anything i can do like wash it or oil it? Scissors are too sharp and will scrape the surface too much, sometimes leaving you with little filings in amongst that resin. I've found putting a piece of cloth in some boiling water then chucking it into the grinder and putting the lid back on, leave it in there for a minute and then using a butter knife with a dull edge to scrape out what you want works best.
