Will these lights be powerful enough to grow under?

I'm planing on setting them up in a cupboard, with both of them running at once

im thinking about something like that but the price seems a bit high - $120, I guess as they are giving two lights but there is only one holder so it must be for a spare!

different temp lights, one for veg, other for bud.

They are ok for early veg or rooting clones, virtually useless for bloom though.

6500k one is for veg, 2700k is for bloom.

How big is your cupboard? a 250w HID setup would get better results but heat will be an issue without ventilation fans.

The CFL's are ok for very compact grows, although they have very little light penetration so buds tend to be fluffy and growth sparse.
