Looking to introduce a little CO2

Hey guys I am new around here, have been browsing these forums for a couple of days and thought it might be nice to start my own topic! I am interested in adding some CO2 to my plants environment and I am curious to know what others have used to do this. I have been surfing the various shops on the net and have come up with two choices, I want to use a tank and injection system and these are the ones I have found in australia

Not sure which one though, has anyone had very much experience in this area?

 

Would hook the injection system up to to a cylinder such as this one - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/CO2-Carbon-Dioxide-...93%3A1|294%3A50

 

Also does anyone know if a system like the one shown in the link below could be used for plants? Or would it not release the CO2 at a fast enough rate?
