Kick Ass Indicas?

Recommended Posts

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, just spent 5 minets looking at the menu and decident to post here,

A friend is looking to get some new seeds soon, and hes looking for a good resinous indica.

He's grown Bubblelicius a year or so ago, and that was great, but old, it won 2 awards back in 1998, damn, nearly a decade ;/.

Anyway, thinking if that was so good, does anyone have any recommendations on some new good 100% or mostly indica strains.

I hear maybe skywalker, but thats kinda old too i think, i donno.

Any ideas?

Peace

Why does old matter? Some of these new strains might not necessarily be better than the old classics

For impressive yield and potency you just cant go past northern Lights although you would be lucky to get good quality northern lights these days. I've got the old school genetics and its an amazing plant

The forum your looking for is "Narcotic cannabis genetics" obvious? nope. confusing? To me yes.

It should be called "Cannabis strains" or "Strains and hybrids" for us laymens. Its been a dead forum ever since it adopted the new title. B)

If your after a cheapy nirvana Afghan is good. Sensi skunk #1 and Sensi Shiva skunk are reliably good.Sensi afghan has a beautiful couchlock stone but imo yields averagely. Heavy duty Fruity has a nice indica buz and yields well with next to no trimming. Kc brains Mango is strong as and a top yielder and cheap. I grew out bubalicious and thought it was just ok. There's so many choices and others are sure to chime in. Good luck lol

Ta for the replies,

I dont really think older strains have had their days, just wondering what some of the newer strains have to offer, or if the whole mj strain industry has hit a standstill and where getting the same strains with different names.

What do you mean? you've lost me.

We grew out Mazar though they were small because of the photo period here in the tropics. Afghan like structure (short and stout) buds smelled like those fizzy life savers. really strange. Pink pistils in bloom. Smoke was really strong and couchlock. Didn't bother with it after the first round though.

I think getting the right pheno is just as important as the type of strain you buy. There may be only one keeper in 30 seeds of the same strain. I wish seed were cheaper.

Riverrat, remark was about John c's comment. nothing important

Thanks for the Mazar review,

Iv read that Skywalker is a cross between Blueberry X Mazar. And im pretty sure my friends old Bubblelicius had a blueberry parent also,so their kind of related lol donno about mazar's origin tho.

hmm ill keep searching and hopefully get a few more recommendations

Peace
