How many plants is safe? If busted

Recommended Posts

EG NO SCALES, positive blood reading for THC, no cash, no expensive assets unproportional to your income, so on so forth.

not being picky, but wouldn't it be a bad thing to NOT have a positive THC reading? how would you explain the reason for growing it if you don't smoke it? i don't think they buy that you like the way they enhance your garden.

i just wrote out a huge paragraph but then read everyone elses and realized i wrote pretty much everything that's already been said.

Thought for Thylacine Quote

I opened my eyes

And looked up to the rain

And it dripped in my head

And flowed into my brain

So pardon this wild crazy thing I said

I'm just not the same since there's rain in my head.

I step very softly

I walk very slow

I can't do a handstand

Or I might overflow.

And all I can hear as I lie in my bed

Is the Slishity-slosh of the rain in my head.

This is a very relevant point. It shows whether you are a habitual grower and that you haven't learnt from your previous busts.

If ya get done 3 times I think ya would need to get rid of the 'bloody big bright tattoo on ya fore head saying "POT GROWER/SMOKER"

I think a wise grower should never get caught ?

:yinyang:

Nitty.

In regards to the original poster, it depends where you live, for a start. In Tasmania if a defendant is caught with more than 20 plants then they are considered to be a commercial grower, automatically and the onus is on the defendant to prove otherwise. Anything less that 19 plants and it is up to the prosecutor to prove that the defendant had intentions of selling.

As other posters have pointed out, it also comes down to what relationship you have had with the courts, eg. prior convictions.

Can I suggest that instead of bagging out newbies, can someone please do some research and find out the rules of each State and put them in a sticky thread. I remember a few threads regarding this topic, and I remember one great one. But buggered if I can find it now.

I, errr, ummm, hmmm......bugger. I was thinking of someone who had access to more research material than I, someone with more intelligence than I or even someone with more time than I.

But, OK, I'll give it a go. I'll get back to you in about 6 months
