How many plants is safe? If busted

dont know about other states or outdoor but inNSW anything over 5 plants indoors is considered commercial growing whether there 10ft or cuttings 2flowering and 3 cuttings is proberly the go lets not forget in NSW they say every plant is worth over $2000 we wish ah

I do not see what is wrong with this question, i been growing for awhile and know OF a few others and you hear all different sentences for all different amounts. Legal stuff is complicated and its a fair question. I do not understand frazzles point of view at all. Does he realise how posting like that makes him sound?

 

I have herd a common consensus that under 10 is generally not gunna land you with time, but cultivation method and other factors are taken into consideration. Do all the preventative stuff, but also set up ur grow so it doesnt sound bad in court. EG NO SCALES, positive blood reading for THC, no cash, no expensive assets unproportional to your income, so on so forth.

 

 

Thanks m8, so if I keep about 6 plants, which I find is enough from 1 crop to another, should be OK? Lets hope so.

 

Don't have $ thats why I'm doing it, cant afford to buy anymore and if they count my 1990 beat up car as assets well I'm fucked. Don't have scales but the Mrs has kitchen ones which she uses for cooking?

Very reasonable question I would have thought I personally stick to 4 plants , as I understand it is not good for you if you get caught with 5 or more . 4 keeps me happy and out of jail ,, not that I have ever had to find out
