nobody knows ?

recapping

I have a room 2 m long and 1.2 wide

250 MH the room is built out of panda film and wood ,

i put tub of water in there with a fish tank heater and bubbler

as well as a wet towel on the ground in the room and still can only get humidity levels of 36-38

this is crazy i have no idea what the problem is and my plants are definetly not enjoying this lol
