"Aussieponics"

i wont be returning the carbon filter or grow tent i will just use the carbon filter as is but these things should be checked before being sent out IMO and i think aussieponics might be being ripped off by there manufacturer as i wouldnt have noticed the dent in the carbon filter i only noticed it when i removed the filter wool so how many other customers are out there using these filters with dents in them without knowing simply because they havent removed the filter wool yet :) Edited by Gazza2001au

your not going to return the tent Gaz?! But isnt the plastic breaking down?
nah no point sending it back they will only resend me another effected tent its just sitting in my shed doing nothing

 

I haven't used ebay much but how do Aussieponics manage to keep a 100% positive feedback?

 

Reading some of the stories here surely there would be more folk with bad experiences

they have a couple ebay nicks that i know of i think there first one was aussieponics now its ozponics either way mate i just wish they would take on board all the bad feedback there receiving and do something about it obviously alot of growers are affected from some of there products it would be the right thing to do the right thing by there customers after all we being the customers are who keep the business in business

Mate! Improper attitude! If he's prepared to do something take it up!! If he wont refund at least swap it!! Though at the same time i can understand it. Sometimes you just get crapped on by getting shit quality so often I just cant be stuffed. Im sure the local shop had the same tent in the shop for $400

Way back ago, I bought a bunch of stuff from aussieponics, of eBay. Mainly a light/ballast, nutrients and a few other things to get me going. Unfortunately just after I placed the order and paid for it, the missus of the time decided to go on a bit of a holiday. So I Emailed the company and asked them to delay shipping for a week because no one would be there to pick it up. I received a response saying that they would delay shipping. All was cool, or so I thought. The missus at the time had arranged for her parents to pick up any mail left at our place while we was away.

It turned out that a big box arrived and noone was home, so the courier just left it near the front door. The parent's-in-law found the box and took it out the back. Now when we got back the X missus was asked a bunch of questions about a box being delivered and she was decided to tell her parents exactly what was in the box, that was addressed to me.

 

So the end result it, make sure you are there to pick up your packages. And secondly don't trust anyone. Simple as that, numero-unero.

 

I do not blame the aussieponics company for what happened apart from the fact that they had agreed to delay shipping and they didnt do so. So I was eventually caught in a compromising position because they did not do what I had asked them to do, and that they had agreed to do. But then again if it wasn't for my vindictive X and her overpowering parents who knows how the situation may have turned out.

fark , thats some BAD service iamnotacop :)

 

Its a pity that crew cant have some sorta consistency , coz they were pretty good with my cpl purchases , APART from no del/despatch details , leaving me flapping in the breeze , wondering when the gear was coming :)

 

Anyways , Ive got what I wanted from em , no need to go back ever , hopefully :)
