yep my warrant was issued on a friday, got raided on monday.

Say nothing. Act as pleasantly as possible. They have to prove guilt. You don't have to help them prove guilt.

It really depends on what they have been told they may just watch you for a while to see if they can catch associates of yours too. Theres really nothing you can do except TELL NO ONE YOU GROW.

 

The very best thing to do is as AI fish says be very polite calm down and politly tell them nothing. Talk about the weather talk about the footy but do not say anything about what you have been doing. The cops get 90% of arrests convicted in court because you incriminated yourself further. They will try and be friendly with you so you will incriminate yourself further.

This is a magick formula. If you get a jury they'll hear your Record of Interview and think - 'Why doesn't he want to make a statement? Ah! because he didn't know he was doing anything wrong, he had no idea he was breaking the law and anyway, he kept asking for a lawyer so I'm not going to believe what the Police allege he said before his/her lawyer got there.'

Alternatively, it opens wide ground with endless vistas from which inventive counsel can draw illustrious submissions on your behalf.

You get one call - eventually. Make it count. Call someone who is going to answer, not some message bank. Call someone with enough intelligence to organize a lawyer for you, get to the Police Station if need be, arrange bail, notify partners, family, etc.
