I need to make another setup,

I want a constant supply of weed, therfore one setup isnt enough,

what do you guys do??

I have my fishtank setup for clones and since i learned to vent it, they have rooted well, thanks guys,

I have a closet with a 400hps currently vegging my clones and I will turn them to flower in a month approx,

I want to have the closet for my flowering but im going to need a setup for vegging, do i need a HPS for vegging? what is best for vegging??

im very poor but will buy what I need,

if i use fluros how many watts do i need and what sorta bulbs for vegging??

i have 2 flood and drain setups but only 1 light, i need another light so i want whats best for vegging, my 400hps is a sontagro with 30% more blue light. I have an older straight 400hps Bulb,

also I probably will need a cabinet so where the best to buy one from??

Get another wardrobe and use a Metal Halide light for veg, when the Son-T wears out replace it with a new HPS globe. This would allow you to have a constant flow of clone, veg and flower, you could use fluoro's for veg but the MH would more than pay for itself in added yield.

g'day; if you only want to veg mothers and clones, you can use fluoro very successfully, always try to use grolux tubes rather than standard fluoro.

HPS is best for flowering.

400watt MH would be great for bigger yield if you harvest in veg cycle.not absolutely needed imo.

fluoro is cheaper, it lasts longer, gives off less heat, and costs less in power consumption and still grows mothers fast enough to keep flower room stocked.

ok i have decided to have only 2 setups, my snake tank with compact fluros for clones and my growing room, I will clone off the plant 2 weeks before harvest and put the clones in the grow room after harvest,

my only thoughts now are when do i put g13hp and g13 in to flower?? ie how long do i veg a MJ plant???

why not leave it longer in Veg??

Just remember your plants will stretch like 2-3 times as tall as they are when thye go from veg to flower... something like that

Im vegging with 2 18w and 1 12w fluro and my plants are growing so much better then I could have ever thought the nodes are <5cm apart :D Got atleast 20-30 bud sites!

Can't wait for my 600w HPS :P

Howzabout a motherplant thread.... How to manage and keep a motherplant as a clone stock for a standard grow? How to keep the plant happy for the 2 months or so it's not producing clones as most of us haven't got the space for perpetual harvest....? Just a thought. I'm thinking about this as my 2 mothers will be getting cloned out in a couple of weeks, and I haven't got the space to maintain a mothering room within the present cupboard. Don't want something too big either, just large enough to maintain a motherplant or two under flouro light in the meantimes between harvests...

Did that make sense? I'm really wasted on the bud from these ladies right now. Mixed in some nice smooth sativa as an experiment.... Whoo-eee All the pretty colours!... :P :D

I was thinking mother plant for clones but now decided to take clones from the one in flower 2 weeks before they are harvested, by the time the clones are rooted the harvest is done and the clones go in to the grow area, and it keeps going that way.
