Do you mean unreported? if so try Westlaw.com or if reported try austlii.com

But remember the issue is of criminal or civil nature!

I checked eprints, but there is nothing by that author as far as i can tell. I'm no law student though.

Hm. I think the content of eprints varies significantly based on the university, as their own individual repositories. Therefore, I can't access that paper through my uni's version of eprint. Some one from UQueensland could help, if you could find such a person.
