Is this a cannabis plant?

So first of all, greetings from a first time sydney grower.

 

I bought some seeds, the first one I attempted to germinate was called "Nemesis" which is a Northern Indian x Nepali strain.

 

I used the paper towel method but no luck for a week, so I thought this seed is a dud, thought what the hell, and planted him in a big pot with regular herbs out the back. Looked a few days later and found this.

Im not 100% sure if this is the same seed or from one of the other herb plants? Can anyone identify it?

 

And after that I planted a "Church" from greenhouse seeds, used the paper towel method but left it on top a dvd player where it was getting slightly heated, the seed cracked open in 24 hours and the root was long enough to plant in 48 hours.

 

And here he is now. I thought the seed casing would have popped off by now, but the leaves look like they are just ready to snap it off. Ill be patient and let it happen naturally.

Oh and I named the church seed charlie and the first one sheen, after two and a half men actor. Charlie was picked in respect to someones plant they cared so much for and became a male and it was a sad day when he chopped it up . Even though both seeds are feminized, they have sexuallity issues.

thats what all my seedlings look like so it may well be but i'm not 100%

you should know within a week, be patient

it's looks to pointed one edge of those pre-leaves or whatever.

Hard to tell from the pic but looks like some other kind of herb to me, Charlie is looking well though.

Yeh they are females but boys names seem more fitting to me for some reason.

 

I can only wait to see if Sheen is weed, otherwise he will make a nice garnish

They are feminised but they can still go hermi

yes boys names are bad luck and besides think of most times that people give inanimate objects that they are fond of names. most times its a girls name

i reckon it could be some strains look like that when they sprouting time will tell tho only way to know for sure
