Growing seeds in coco

I have a question im growing coco and perlite mix

 

well about too put seedlings in it after they are germinated

 

On the bottle of nutrients your supposed too use 1/2 strength for young vegitive plants

 

should I half the ammount yet again for seedlings?

 

And do I add the nutrients before planting the seeds or just start with water ?

normaly for me i just start off with ph adjusted water , then yes quarter strengths nutes would be fine . i would start em off in a rockwool cube though in future ..

place a layer about an inch thick of 100% coco on the top this will support the seed while it grows if u plant the seed into a coco/perlite mix the seed will more than likely float with the perlite than dry out on the surface
