I think you hit the nail on the head there. I know some one who has this condition and he thinks it's the weed that does it.

 

But this is what his day consists of, he wakes up in the morning and then drinks all day without eating any thing then at night he starts toking and then goes and stuffs he's face and spends the nexts couple of hours thowing up and then goes has a long shower to cure it.

 

Probably from eating to much all at once!

Sure sounds a load of BS to me Could be anything causing these guys to throw up. They could simply be smoking to much.

I think why people lash out at this is because the media only publish things saying weed is evil. Even if, as you say this wasn't that bad, the general population have no recognition of the scientific method, as well as no ability to reason and use logic.

So if they see a headline like the one I saw a couple of days ago "Pot causes users to constantly throw up and have an obsession with hot showers" or some fucking bullshit like that, they instantly believe it because they can't think for themselves. Despite every logical reasoning you could have which tells you the opposite like there isn't thousands of people throwing up in the streets and you can't really miraculously get an obsession with hot showers from taking any sort of drug.

Most people simply don't think like most of us do here.
