i dont no if shes getting any better i think the 400 watt light might be to much for her that grow room calculator said that max light shood be 260 watts coz its only in a small box 5 foot high 3 foot long and 2 foot wide but the bloke in the hydro shop recons its virtually impossible to have to much light but i dont no

you cana have too much light intencity

the plants can handle all the light you can throw at dem

if you take that same light meter out to the mid day sun you wont belive your eyes

seen

heat is the killer

Heat

and every light you add

adds more heat to the grow space

or the higher the watts = more heat to get rid off

which is an expencive task to achieve

so

there is a point of deminishing returns that govens how much light you can squeese into any grow space

Heat is the killa

yo

she look a bit heat stressed still

see how the tips of the leaves are all point down

she is still not happy

i suspect heat is the cause

do you have Co2 injection???????

if you cant get the heat down any further

than co2 is a must

imo

the grow room temps must come down a few degrease

check diss

you can buy small Air conditioners for inside PCs that might be a cheeper way to go

install it in your air intake

it will cool the air as it comes in

or

Dry ice in the air intake when the temps get high is irey add some co2 and cool the air as it comes in

ireyness

:D

that would be my mission

if i were in your possition

heat reduction

hafe galong sooooooo

did you flush???????????

then

mix a fresh nutirent sollution????????

well

that should fix 100% of all nutirent deficiencies 100%

think about it

fresh sollution thru freshly flushed root zone

will deliver the best results

seen

the nutrient solution you are using is desinged to be a complete ballanced diet for your plant at the recomended rates

seen

thats 1 of the reasons why i first recomended you flush

it is usually recomended to flush once every week for fast healthy growth rates

do you flush every week??????????

yo

now i am not saying that it is definately not Mg deficiency

it could be

if it is

than

you could have a problem with the system some how causing the Mg lock out

someting in your physical system is faulty because the fresh nutirent sollution thru fresh flushed plants is the best chance of getting the complete ballanced feed of nutirens to the plant

if you cant dowit then

youll never do it

because there is a problem somewhere elce stuffin that plan up

like if it gets too hot in the grow room

myadvice is

bring the grow room temps down by at least 2 degrease

well i havnt yet but ill get on to it now and ill start flushing it every week on the site i looked on it said this Mg can get locked-up by too much Ca, Cl or ammonium nitrogen. Don't overdo Mg or you'll lock up other nutrients. well im using canna vega and thats really high in ammonium nitrogen 2o.81% so maybe thats got somthing to do whith it the lady in the hyrdo shop doesnt stock it anymore coz she thinks its crap to high in ammonium but i had already bort it from bunnings so im not going to get flores. but i change the mix now and see how she goes thanx mate
