hopefully we will see a necessity case in the High Court very soon.

 

sadly laws are in place in Australia which cost doctors thier license if they support such a claim and the defendants are struggling to prove thier claim without expert witnesses.

a few years back i saw a stat that said there were 300 legal cannabis smokers in oz

they get their cannabis from the DEA posted to the designated chemist

so the story goes they were all gloocoma suffers

i have two doctors that supported me with statements to the court

but that was disregarded as it did not support the mittigation argument

thats all history now
