Superbud Information

Been using SB for a while now and have found that it gives you rock hard golfball sized nuggets. My question is how do I get foot long buds that are rock hard using superbud?

 

Other than not using SB

 

One method I have heard is to put it in after 3 weeks of flowering.....

The same way as not using it, grow Sativa's and don't tip them.

Hi

Foot long buds are strain and light dependant, imho feeding super bloom don't do dick and can make foot long buds go moldy real fast.

Get your self a nice sativa/indi cross like kalimist, superjack, superskunk, greenspirit etc and u'll have your foot long buds with the right training and light.

Sat dominant strains will take longer to finish but, usually an extra 2-4 weeks.

The strain I referred to does produce those sort of buds.....but when superbud is added the go golfball ish.......

 

Advice that has been given to me was to add it at the 3 week mark........or add it 3 weeks from the end of your crop........to basically make even more rock solid the tremendous buds that might be present........

 

Or not use it at all........

 

I have a freind that has to use it as he has height problems...and needs to chronically stunt the plants during stretching......(above and beyond tipping)

U are supposed to only use it for 2 weeks of the entire flowering period NO MORE. I just found the product and it says use on the 2nd and 3rd week of flowering. :-)

 

 

FOL have u ever used the product side-by-side on plants with other flowering additives?

If you are referring to Dutch Master SuperBud then recommended dosage rate is 3mls per ltr including the volume of media used still get good results from 1ml per ltr rootzone needs to be exposed to the product for 10 days. Apply at turn down but make sure you have your plants at the right height as it stops them in thier tracks also, initiation will be with in 4 days instead of the usual 10. therefore you will see about maturation about one week early.

This is info for my set-up (70%soil, 30%perl/verm).

Hey Nimer it says that they will not almost guarantee a 30% increase if you dont use it immedialty after switching to flower........

 

U r meant to use it (according to them) for the first 10 or so days.......

 

But I have freinds that have used it at other times with great success

I went to the dutch master forums last night and they are saying there that if u want a bit of stretch but still wanna use Superbud then start applying 10 days into flower :-) so it dont really matter when....

im planing to vege out my plants a little longer

this time round coz i wanna use the height i got...

 

i was wondering dose it stop the height "like dead in its tracks"?

or do u still get a little stretch..? still

yeh its price varies...here about 180$

 

currently running an expereiment on a friends setup

 

superbud is to be added when buds have properly formed rather than at the onset of flowering, this is or should be the 4-5th week mark

 

major tip here....do not add more than the recommended dose...it will NOT give you bigger buds

 

PLEASE flush that stuff out after the recommended time....leaving it in will NOT give you bigger buds it will dwarf your plants buds..........

 

recirc system you have yes?...another experiement is to use half strength what the manufacturer recommends...tried by some other ppl I know and it still works well.....mkae sure you read the instructions and dont m,ix up recirc and RTW ....

 

keep your temps down in the grow rrom ...superbud doesnt like higher temps ....initially
