Silica

Ive got a sheight load of silica here and haven't been using it because it stuffs up my ph over a 48 hour period and I'm hand watering my plants daily in 10 liter watering cans(I like to keep things unsophisticated). Ive been thinking about using it along with seasol and straight water as part of a fortnight/monthly flushing regime just to get it into the medium. What do people think? Will I see a marked difference using silica?

yea , cool shit really . if your on top of the game use it as a added extra , soil once a month . hydro every time you dump nutes . just add it to normal nutes leave for a few days then flush out ... back to normal nute pluss superthrive and your bullet proof from shit .

i use silica majic

i add it 1st to the resthen correct ph before adding anyhting else

bringing it back around 6.4 before adding nutes

its a great addative for combating mould

and gives u great thick healthy stems

thats just 2 of the reasons i use it

i used it for the first time this grow i had problems with it locking out nutes i stopped using now plants look healthy again

I have used it in aerponics it works well with the roots, and it helps preventing them from drying out. I usually mix it last then asdjust my ph after that. I don't use much tho.
