Please help - opinions needed on pollinated female

Hi guys, newbie here on first grow...

 

I've been reading the various boards for a while and thought I'd have a stab...

 

Problem is, (I think) I have 2 females that have been accidentally pollinated :-( ... From what I can tell the bud should still be smokable but will be full of seeds... These are my only two plants, I'm not interested in the seeds, I would like to get as bigger yield of smokable bud as possible.

 

My question, and I'd appreciate any opinions on the topic, is whether to pick off these little sacs? (are they seed pods?)

 

I have read in varying places that once a female is pollinated it directs much of its time into seed production rather than THC production... So would removing these improve the quality of the bud or stress the plant too much?
