The Persecution of pot smokers in Australia

Some months ago i was raided, by four officers whom thought themselves above the law in relation to warrants. they gained access to my house by a female officer reaching for her gun. Mad, yep, i am furious and have decided i will never plead to the charges laid by these perverse officers that think themselves above the law.

I have no problems with the drug dealers being persecuted , i have no problem with massive plantations going under, yet i do have a problem with a disability pensioner getting raided for one plant because he chose to grow his own pain management when denied medical treatment by an inept government.

Back to our friendly pigs for a moment , when asked for a warrant the gun was their key, any further questioning relating to the warrant was deferred, by the head knob, (one anal turd called Bingley) whom thought the purpose of his visit , was to glean some sort of evidence in the paper form?? He spent the entire time searching my kitchen and my paper work evenb though he turned up asking to see my hydro. io ran 2 hydro's prior to the filth appearing, one for tomato cloning one for one plant. Being a none profiteering smoker i had no need to grow more.

 

When they gained access they asked where the hydro was, given my norty boy status as a young kid, and their obvious willingness to pull their guns, much less the reputation of Vic pigs to shooting people, and making up tales later, i felt i had to comply. I have a couple of kids whom like my presence so i steered them to the hydro. What i did not differentiate was i had 2 hydro set ups for 2 very different purposes, i was not allowed to explain that. So according to the fuzz they took everything and vandalized whatever they could not carry.Heck they even stole my remote control for my stereo..

 

This is how they treat disability pensioners in our state, then they searched through my home until they found a machete they felt could show some form of criminality pertaining to the growing of marijuana. At that point i kicked up. " No way pal you take that and its on, that machete has being through more raids than you have ever run as the filth. I validated my claim, by quoting the raids it had survioved, so the filth put it back and chose my fishing knife, a legal weapon in this state, according to the seller, as his focus to prove my criminality asociated with smoking weed, he left the butter knives, the steak knives, 4 odd machetes and enough chemicals and lights to resume growing whenever if i choose. He id however take numerous unopened bottles that had not been used for anything.

The results were grow, possession, and smoking on a certain day even though i had not, and the farcical knife charge.

i guess all he needs is the local give ups to return.

Anyway tomorrow is the 4 or 5th time of none pleading, i wonder how the judge will play the game this time, given i refuse to plead. i better edit this as i have still to appear.

 

 

oh the humorous part, i smoked pot as a young bloke, for 15 odd years, gave up 11 years ago ,and i never really got done, even though they tried damn hard, now i am older and my purposes are purely pain management, the fuzz are trying even harder, given my decision to resume smoking to manage a spinal injury while i wait for proper pain management from Saint Vincents, whom have kept me waiting for over a year.. as an ijured employee denied workcover by our ridiculous system one has to wonder at the options availible after this government has screwed such people over.

the worst they ever pinged me with was 2.3 gms of seeds, ( get that filth )

 

god i miss the good old hash days. and screw the fuzz and a system, that criminalize people for living a life different to the poxy system our laws are ever so fraudulently based upon.

i have decided i will fight this matter until the day i die, screw em all.

Did that have a warrant at all? I thought if they enter your home without a warrant (and they WERE intimidating you) that anything found is confiscated and charges are dropped because it was an illegal search?
