ppm for dwc?

I cant find a definitive answer.what is the correct ppm/ec for dwc.I hear its 1/2,1/3,2/3, of other setups.Im shore there are variables but there must be a rule of thumb.(northern lights x ak47)

Good question but no definitive answer imo an i;ve searched

 

I run a tds of about 1000-1400 max, when i measure it.... (mostly i just add A n B by the capful, atm it;s 4 capfuls to 15L's), most strains i keep it about 900 or so in veg. You'll see other peeps on the net who can and do run heaps higher than that but it's strain and situation specific, instead of looking for a "magic" number I suggest keeping your plants happy and healthy and letting them tell you what they need.

I have done dwc with full strength nutes eg 3ml per litre with no problems ec was about 2.4>2.6

I usually like it to buzz around the 1.2 mark. With one strain i pushed it out to 1.6 once, because it seemed it could cope with it.

 

Dunno weather i'd have the ballz to shoot for 2.6 in DWC. Only because i've seen some plants start to burn at 1.4 mark, in the past.
