ec stable,ph going down

Recommended Posts

my ph keeps going down and id like to know if somethings wrong.everything ive read says ec stable-ph going up is normal.im in my 4th week veg, ichange my nutes every week, using tap water which is pretty good here.plain water out of tap reads 100 ppm which is the lowest my scale goes, could be less.ph goes down everyday about .2 til it hits 5.5 then i raise it to 6.0.plants look good and are growing well which i know is key(listen to you plants).but it seems strange.any feedback would be appreciated.thanks in advance!! also im using liquid earth 2 part nutes at 700 ppm .5 scale which is what seedbank says they like NL X AK47

i only ever use h2o2 if i get root rot

1 because once you start using it you got to keep on using it

2 it can interfear with your nutes & Cannazym if you use it

i use Cannazym witch is by far the better option then using h202,if you do get Cannazym then dont use h2o2 ever because the 2 are not compatable

http://www.canna-uk.com/cannazym

about the store h2o2 i would only use stuff made for hydroponic systems.

i do not no for sure if it would be ok to use it, but someone ealse here will be able to help you out on that one im sure

if you flush you plants, system right and dont overfeed & keep your res temp at the right temp then chances of getting root rot is slim to none

Cannazym Directions of use

● Shake bottle well before use

● Dissolve 250 ml concentrate per 100 Liter of water (1:400)

● Add to the nutrient solution at least once a week, preferable continuously

● When you use older (untreated) slabs, double the dose for a one-month period

● Do not prepare the solution for more than 10 days ahead

● Do not use in combination with products containing hydrogen peroxide (H202)

take it easy biggerbuds

anyways mate check out that link to the cannazym

and have a little read

Your growing dwc yea? If so then very easy to eliminate root rot as the cause just by looking at em...

Have you tried letting the PH find it;s own mark? It might not drop much lower than 5.5 and i;ve run it low as 5.2 w/o major drama's. Tis a chart somewhere that i can find if you want that shows at what ph range different elements are absorbed by the plant.

What;s the starting ph of your water?

Chasing ph can be a nightmare in dwc and aero it;s best to find nutes that suit your water and full aqua growing. Canna Aqua is good, less ph swings.

You got a diary or some pics i can look at?

peace

chato,my ph has dropped to 4.4 once before i bumped it back to 6.2.i dont know where the bottom would be but that seemed awful low.im using liquid earth nutes, which is made by my only local hydro store, makes me a little nervous bein that there makin it themselves.i have pics on a heading"rams horn, yellow leaves" some input would be great!my roots seem ok, i think.there white with hairs with just a slight brown tinge.i that normal or should they be like snow.also smells kinda earthy....bigbuds,dropped nutes to 350ppm seem to be reachin up to light like you said but still look the same. p.s goin away for 10 days ph drop is makin me nervous.
