Aero i can only tell ya what i know and have done as well as direct you to other peeps like musha an g-love to help ya out. I;ve moved away from aero, done 2 gigs in china and one on a break bk to oz but really haven;t played with it properly for few yrs. I cut me teeth on it indoors though and then switched to dwc for last few yrs but in many ways it has similar principles Major thing is follow the basics an veg for fuck all time unless you on top of your game, cant grow full on trees in aero it aint possible unless you got 1m+ deep tub.

 

Musha's grow was great first starter diary to direct ya to but after viewing g-loves shit he's the guy on the button. I know how to do the shit but i can;t explain it as good as them mofo's

 

Bit wasted so hope that all made sense.

no worries chato mate. when its ya china plates b/day ya gotta weigh in. yeah gazza def knows what he's on about and has taught me a great deal in a very short time. and so have you chato. yeah its true that g-love can produce outrageously healthy and flawless roots, and he has good explanatory skills also (but no better than yours. is that a hint to me to stop asking you for advice? ). but i honestly beleive if you had an atomix aero system you would produce roots exactly the same as g-love or perhaps even better. in fact, i am confident that with an atomix system, a keen novice such as myself could acheive comparable results and yeild as g-love. those systems are fuckin' nuts and i would love to have the coin for em'. but i dont. so i will adapt and overcome as always. oh yeah. never will i veg for that long again! lesson learnt. i love trees, but this is a bit much. aero scrog with more plants will be far more suitable and productive. i am also gettin' really intrested in dwc and wish to learn more about all aspects of this method.

got a trickey problem that needs urgent attention and im not sure how to handle it. simply put i am out of vert space. well i do have an extra foot but i cant use it coz of the fan and ducting. these plants are growing so fast its unbelievable, betwwen 3-5 inches every day. the pic shows the story. some tips are up in the reflector and others have grown above it. i do have 250mm fan i could put flush in the roof to allow me that extra height? but wont that be overkill? i only have a 100mm intake, and the current exhaust is 150mm as seen in the pic. really stressin' bout this and need a solution quick. any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks heaps. Yea the system does help when it comes to aero an it can get quite technical. Thanks for the props though an can always ask me question bro.

 

How far into flower are ya again? Save me skimming the diary. The stretch should be finishing soon though i reckon.

 

Tying down, snapping or kinking are close to your only options if your past the point of being able to use something like rockjuice to stop the stretch.

K just checked cuz i;ve asked the question before an it;s bout day 16 so stretch should be winding up....

 

You can snap or kink a few branches if ya want to, Sukonmiskunk details how to do it in one of his threads an he does up until 3 weeks into flower.

hey mate uncoil that lead u have pluged in use cable ties to place it out of the way by having it wrapped in circles it creates heat and could melt and cause a fire just run it the length of your grow chamber back and forth untill all the slack is takin up and can u move the fan and ducting to on top of the grow chamber having the fan sucking up thru the chamber thru the ducting than out of the fan if u do it this way u might see an increase in air flow as the fan only needs to suck rather than suck and push the air thru

i have a couple options for u after looking at your picture again

#1 stick the fan directly in the hole in the top

#2 move the lamps shade to either side have the fan sitting on the oppasite side or move your shade back or forth and sit your fan towards the front or back

shit your onto a good strain since your in the main streching stage and that plants nodes are tightly together

onya gazza mate . going thru my options now bro. gotta decide fast. in a 2 storey house so gettin on top of the growroom is impossible. fan up in the hole might work, though i think the hole maybe to big for the fan.
