onya gazza mate. wild horses couldnt hold me back now bro. i think i needed those probs to shake me up a bit and keep me on my toes. the plants are settling back in nicely to their regular lite cycle and seem to have recovered well, so far anyway. the plants have started feeding again and noticable growth has started again. though the plants are nowhwere near as thirsty as before. and growth almost ground to a halt. they are taking off again. ive also noticed at the base of the female aero plant, where i was losing quite a lot of new growth, looks to be coming good also. but i still remove up to a dozen dead or dying leaves each nite from her base. i have noticed there is not much lite down there. i gave them a misting with microbial in thier nite cycle and i think they liked it. it is the only time i have ever applied anything to the leaves and foliage during this grow. i only use oxyplus for cleaning now, and have started dosing microbial regular to the res instead after the oxy dissapated. so far so good. i accidently cut/crushed some of those rogue drain roots during my comedy of errors the other day. even though my root system looks nice and white and clean inside the root chamber, those roots that have escaped out the drains were not looking all that good, especially the portion suspended in the air. they were starting to look unhealthy and brown, but this prob did not migrate to the root chamber luckily. now they have little hairs on the submerged parts of the roots again. and though not white, they are not as brown. out of nessacity i have devised a simple system for nute changes and draining/filling, and flushing the res. used a spare small 101 pump and elbow. will save me so much drama. i can mix my fresh nutes in another tub and just pump em into the res as well. once a month i will remove the res from under the grow chamber and clean thourougly. that will be the only time i have to stuff around with that again hopefully.

time for an update. all is good in da hood. since my last post the big girl has really bounced back and is standing tall once more. she has made a full recovery and is feeding and growing at an amazing rate. in fact, im afraid ive created some type of genetic freak! this fucker is outta control! standing over 4 feet tall and almost 3 feet wide, she is tryin' to take over the whole drobe. lite is now at max height. hope this spurt stops soon, coz' im fast runnin' outta room. (heh, a poet and i didnt know it). pics taken at day 50. and are at day 12 of bloom. there are branches coming out all over this wench. i cant beleive this plant is only 50 days old from seed! i love this shit, aero is so fast. a few pics for ya's.
