the droopy floppy plants >:( are they just havin trouble supportin' their weight? see how they dont really look wilted.post-25744-1234510632_thumb.jpg thanks chato  yeah mate true, it soon wont be a full blown aero sys anymore. its already got double drains, but there slowly gettin less and less flow thru em, last thing i want is my root chamber overflowing :peace: . pretty sweet at the moment but i dont know if it will make it to harvest  , also the roots are slowly makin there way toward the pump, gonna use a stocking. couldnt see or think of a way to pull those roots back in without damaging them. thats why mesh or screen is out of the question coz it means ill have to handle the roots. i have heard of cannazym but have not used it. what is it? :disguise: i only used growrite veg nutes and oxyplus now and then, until i found out i dont need to use it coz ive got an airstone. any advice on helpful products always welcome. microbial is meant to be better than oxyplus and is nowhere near as harsh as hydrogen peroxide. cannazym?

They shouldn;t be lying down like that, i've not exp'd that myself except when they got no water.

i thought possibly if you had pretty warm or cool water you could have shocked them but looking like that after how long? it;s not a good sign in my opinion. roots might be choked but i don;t think so, as long as it's draining they'll keep filling the tub.

when you snap a leaf off the stalk does it feel like a crisp break or a limp kinda tear rip?

cannazyme breaks down dead root matter but cant be used with oxyplus or h202 based products, i find it better than oxy etc.

What ppm did you mix the nutes up to and how old is your ph up? What temp an ph was the water that you flushed with? Was it totally dark where they were?

chato i mixed to 20cf or 1400ppm. my ph up is really old, prob coupla years, was given to me. i know i should have got fresh stuff but i have never ever had to use ph up so i didnt buy any when i got da ph down. it was unopened and had been stored in a shed, but the label has water damage. the water i flushed with was plain tap water, which ive flushed with before no drama. at a temp of about 17-20c. this was all done during the "lights on" period, but i had to move it into the kitchen for room to move, so just the kitchen light was on, it wasnt totally dark or i wouldnt be able to see! :disguise: so after the flush, bloom nutes, trim dead leaves and the nightmare gettin the ph right, id say the plants got put back in 3 hours later thereby only getting 8-9 hours of hid instead of 12. another pic of flaccid plants. yeah thats the other thing, i noticed some of the leaves just fall off when you touch them, just snap off easy. and the plants went limp after a very short time, 1 hour. the roots def arnt choked, draining fine. i reckon chrons onto it, and its shock from opening the root chamber, coz thats when i first started to notice it. i knew i should have left that alone fuck it. its prob hard to get into for a reason. im never opening the dog root chamber again. post-25744-1234514744_thumb.jpg

I read somewhere that overwatering can cause droopage? it said that overwatering droop can be seen more in the branches and main stem rather than in the leaves like with underwatering.

Maybe the flushing caused that? no idea really just throwing the idea out there[ive only grown in soil]

all the best mate

thanks thylacine. yeah i dont know, but i dont think so. its pretty hard to overwater in an aeroponic sys. but i will tuff it out. this is a pic of some yellowing that is on only a few of the top leaves, thought it might be radiant heat burn? post-25744-1234516263_thumb.jpg
