Man that is sure fucked up. Shouldn't the narcs be arrested/fined for starting a fire!?

Fair dinkum, where is this country going? What an appalling waste of resources. I'd like to know the cost of this operation.

The money could be well spent on other things. Use the 'spotter helicopter' to search for spot fires, or to monitor highways to spot dangerous motorists.

 

The government does'nt get any money out of raiding crops. Instead they should be encouraging people to plant it, regulate and tax it, and it would create revenue and go a long way to fixing up this financial crisis.

I think the cops love it because it's like playing war games.

 

They will never ever win though. Growing is like guerilla warfare and nobody beats guerillas.

 

The trouble with cops is they are slow learners.

That's a good point. We should write to the newspapers outlining that the cops are using helicopters to search for weed instead of spot fires.

 

I'm writing to the Age, someone write your papers too. Or write the age aswell, the more the merrier.

 

My bad, apparently the fires started on the 7th of Feb. Could have sworn it was earlier!

Its almost unfair play I reckon but thats the game at the moment. The trick would be to stay at home time for the duration of the aerial searches so you could get advanced warning and pull them out before they get a chance to ground..... Maybe

Yeah I reckon we should set up a warning system with Nimbin. Or if you're in Nimbin just run around the streets like a madman telling everyone.

So do they raid every year? Coz there's a vid on youtube of the 2008 busts.

 

Actually we should just set up a warning system for the whole of Australia. If people see the choppers or something, post it on there.

Hey guys I got a good idea. Perhaps we should all buy properties out in the desert and grow there. What kind of boxhead cops would go searching in a wasteland?
