Growing legal hemp?

Hey guys, lightning and I are thinking about building a Hempcrete house and looking at the possability of growing what we need to get the fibre required to do so. Has anyone applied for a licence to grow the commercial stuff, and what do they require when you apply? lightning worked out we need something like 2ha, we are trying to work out if growing is going to be more expensive than simply purchasing the bails from growers as we would require around 500 (I think) bales to build the basic house to begin with.

 

Anyhow any info you may have will be appreciated, oh yeah we decided to apply for the first home owners grant and purchase our repayments will be less than rent by a long way.

Here are a couple of links although I'm pretty sure you're not in NSW. I suppose your state would have a similar department.

 

It seems pretty expensive to start up in NSW with the application and license fees.
