Nutrient resevoirs for handwatering

I have just completed a grow, 2 plants coco in pots hand watering.

 

measuring 1ml here 3ml there gets...........

So I have seen in vids where a resevior is made up and plants

are hand watered sounds like a good idea if you have a quite few plants.

 

So can I make up a resevoir of nutes and use it over 3 feeds (max 14days est.)

I plan to use an air stone to airate the nutes if it can be done.
