What strains should I try next? Your suggestions please.

Hi everyone,

 

I am wanting to grow something different that is not so common in Australia and I am wanting to try 2 or 3 different strains. Where I am from people don't really know much about different strains so they just take whatever is around judging it by how it looks and most people that grow it don't even know exactly what strain they are growing.

 

I have looked at many strains but there is just too many options and I cant choose so I thought I would ask for your suggestions. It doesn't matter what strain it is but I want some feedback from people that have actually smoked it. The only catch is that it must be available from Planet Skunk http://www.planetskunk.com/ unless you can recommend another reputable seller that has posted to Australia with great success and price is not an issue.

 

So far I'm liking the sound of the Black Death and the AK47 seems to be very popular. One strain I will definitely try is Arjan's Ultra Haze #1 . I'm also thinking something like Blueberry Feminized from PS but the more I look the more I want so if it was up to me I would be growing 20 different strains. In reality I can only grow a maximum of 4 plants and a friend will also be growing 4, so 2-4 different strains is the maximum we want to try.

 

Come on guys and girls let me know your favourite strain. We will be growing them as big as possible so you can expect to see pics of some massive plants in the future. I cant wait

Hi MBlaze. My vote goes to The Pure. You cant beat the original and classic skunk#1. Yields the best out of anything Ive grown too.

i dont know if i can be of much help but i was gifted some beatiful seeds.. the strain is mango i had a few going but due to some bad choices made on my part lost all except one.... the one that made it is masive compared to others i got going atm and looks just awsome.. ill deff be ordering some of the seeds next year to get the diff phenos... but saying that im pretty sure everyone has had a go at mango... and isnt that exotic... still might be something to look into

ive smoked it and whilst its nice smoko

can be finiky to grow is the word

skunk1 from sensi is a reliable yie;lding strain of good smoko

basically id be chosing strains i want to grow

not wat others want..fuck em..

wat sorts of smoko do u enjoy?

arjuns ultra haze will flower for over 12 weeks

indoors u need to see if this extra time is viable

for me i just ssh and it goes to 14 weeks

too much for me..

Hey, I'm with Billo on the Blueberry, it is a finicky plant and unless you are an experienced grower I wouldn't go there.

The best way is try a few strains and work out which you want as a keeper.

And I"m with Gills and Billo on the blueberry. My mates grew out a pack of Dp Bluberry. Out of 6 sprouters 5 were mongy and the good one was had mongy spindly buds which took forever. Maybe you'll have better luck though. I'd like to see someone grow out a nice one...

I cant try many different strains because not many growers around here can actually tell you exactly what strain it is. I am confident that I can grow any indoor strain so I am not detered by plants that are suposedly hard to grow and I actually welcome the challenge coz it makes it interesting. I dont grow for profit and ive never had a plant die on me yet. We like to grow em big and we like to get the maximum yield potential from each plant so the results will surprise you I can garauntee that. The pics will be the proof and I will post many of them.

 

I cant wait so I better hurry up and chose a couple of strains. One strain I was liking the sound of is Black Death http://www.planetskunk.com/blackdeath-p-276.html but I also want a colourful strain aswell but theres just too many choices.

Mazar is pretty easy to grow, high yielder, and top smoko.

 

It is skunk#1 crossed with Mazar-i-shariff (100% indica).

 

I reckon it is a great strain at a fair price (although it's gone up $20 since I bought it).

 

Oh, and it pumps out a huge amount of resin if that does it for you.

 

Good luck on your hunt, I've been seed shopping lately too and it does my head in.
