Breeding for autoflower ..help

Can someone please tell me in plain english how to make a stable cross between say lowryder and white widow. or would it be easier just to cross ruderalis and white widow. how do i make stable seeds that will autoflower. any help would be much appreciated.

I'm playing with LR#2's @the moment...I've grown F2 plants...chosen my breeders and saved some pollen as well as pollenating some LR#2F2 girls...I have back crossed the f3 girls to f2 pollen...and f3 to f3 also...

 

I'm also making LR#2F3-X-SweetTooth F2, SkunkMix F2-X-LR#2f2, SkunkMix F2-X-SweetTooth f2 and SkunkMix F2-X-SkunkMix f2 beans...

 

It is my understanding that approx 25% of the first gen of AF-X-NON_AF will be true AF...backcross those beans with LR#2 again and get about 50% AF...more breeding to get true AF with the genetic traits of it's NON-AF ancestor...

 

But I'm a noob so I could be incorrect...keep searching and reading...
