OPP approached to charge ministers under Commonwealth Crimes Act

Recommended Posts

The silence so far has been deafening.

I had to read the "Crimes Act" the other day (I am still trying to get the brief into the form required for lodgment to the high court) when I stumbled across the relevent clauses, littlbit suggested we ask the question and see what happens. we have

What does this button do? Causes a constitutional crisis maybe! Let's find out

I would expect an anouncment that "hostilities are ended" may not be far off as that is their only way out of the letter of the law.

One set of rules or no rules! We suggested they choose wisely and they chose to IGNORE US.

Silly people, Aspies DO NOT TAKE "NO" FOR AN ANSWER unless accompained by a rational "why"

their why was not rational so we upped the anti and intend to till they surrender unconditionally\

"If you admit your heresy we may show you mercy" is a game played BOTH ways. they started it and we will finish it

lizardtub I know the world seems lost, but I know that it is only our governments who are rotten to the core and we the people can and should do all we can to make them 'Do the will of the people' and not 'the will of the religious right and big business'.

I love this country but right now I hate everything about how we are being governed and by whom. :D :)

OOPS the police chopper just went over our house :/

Ah well B) B) :)

Dragonfan people are to frightened to do the things I am doing, I however have lost everything already and have nothing left to lose. I see no point in letting this go one day more than it has without doing all I can at least to end it.

I have tried to get the media involved to no avail so far, however I have not sent them a copy of the DPP email as yet, that will happen tomorrow should we have silence for yet another day.

Too many of are suffering needlessly because of these illicit laws.

Never a truer word was spoken Littlbit, I am one of the too frightened ones [too frightened to grow my own that is] and only because I have a young daughter, however, I want to do SOMETHING and will continue bombarding the bullshitting misinformed journo's, TV stations and next the Pollies enmasse with all the TRUTHS I can find . . . I applaud and support you and Lightning 1000% B)

Dragonfan I have understood the people who have been afraid to stand up, including the lawyers who could not assist us. The press are another thing altogether, they we need to take to with a baseball bat and make them do their job.

Should anyone want to join us in the fight by writing to Nicola Roxon and the Attorney general etc that would be very welcome. Also should we disappear for any reason we would hope that everyone gets the message out to everyone and anyone.

It's time to steal back our democracy and restore our freedoms.

My wife and I have also had enough of these stupid, stupid laws. Seems to me that the Australian government (state and federal) is in breach of our human rights. I think it is time to become a compulsive letter writer and get the message out. It still doesn't make sense how a plant is illegal - very stupid. Change is now long over due.

thedarkestone Well said, the more people stand up the more they MUST listen, although let me tell you they do have a problem with understanding the word MUST.

littlbit you are right about the word 'must'. People in authority seem to think they are above the law and certain rules don't apply to them. Numbers is what it will take to bring around change. I try to educate people about the issue as much as I can. I think this is a good way to get the message out there so people can see through the governments, medical associations and religious groups evil ways. It would be great to see Australia become a more compassionate place where people don't have to live in fear.

Perhaps try Independent Media sites they have a lot of activist readers.

www.youtube.com could be useful if used well.

www.getup.org if they could be convinced to take a stand.

ACA and Today Tonight are crap but they are always DESPERATE for new stories and might be worth a try just for a laugh.

What was the web site that keeps an eye on governments and big business? They have lots of readers australia wide.

If you could find a compassionate sponsor then some short TV ads would be effective in the right timeslot.

7:30 Report is ABC but you never know.

Good Luck.
