venting has helped heaps humidity is down to 60% with only one 200mm fan extracting air through cool tube

and one fan draging air in also a hole in the ceiling that air is pushed through passive exhust, but i will get more fans to reduce humidity more

so with this setup humidity has droped 15% at night

is it better to have a vacume/pressurerised grow room? eg too much air in or too much air out?

You can never have too much air out, that is if your going down the Carbon filter, deodorizer, odor sok or ozone path. you want more air out than in, if more air is in than out, that means the air has to go somewhere, and where you have light leaks, that's where your beautiful but smelly air is going to go... and cause the room to smell.

I always turn my fans off as then light goes off and give them a good daily dose of C02...

Your fans should say how much air at what speed it blows in, just minus your outtake from your intake and that should give you a rough idea, if you cant do that, get a tissue, put it infront of the intake fan, and then infront of the outtake fan. Obviously if one blows your little streamer more you know your answer. Good luck B)

Well apparently the best time for c02 to run is in the first few hours of on. But when my plants are in veg at 20h . I turn the fans off for 4h to let them relax. And that's when i put the c02 on so the fans dont suck it out. So even tho I'm not giving the plants c02 at the best time it still fill's the room with the stuff, and they bathe in it and then lights go on. it worked for me. Still gave them their daily dose...

In flower its a different story. But its always going to depend on your system, im only in a cupboard.
