Jury was not empanelled judge adjourned because we did not have expert witnesses for necessity claim but she refused to let us put our argument before the jury if and when they were impanelled

So she's effectively saying the jury can judge you by the law as she & her peeps likes them to see it, but the Jury are not allowed to know what the law really says...

Can you simplify how that works for those like me who have trouble understanding the problem lightning

 

basically the court is saying that they cant rule on commonwealth law because they are only able to rule on Victorian law yet you are an Australian and they are denying your rights to defend yourself as such?

It appears victoria has suceeded from Australia as they do not seem to want to uphold little things like the constitution and trial by jury. So we will see what HCA says about that. Intend putting the full transcript in as cause for the case to be put to HCA

The law they choose is the law that suits, I mostly consider the legal system as a self serving beast with many ugly heads.
