Now it would require massive amounts of alterations and countless hours of researching your state laws (as well as being able to argue commonwealth laws and treaties, using the info in lightning and littlbits brief) but people facing charges who believe in standing up for thier beliefs should do so.

Lightning and Littlbit you are truly inspirational . . . we ALL need to write to EVERYONE on the politcal scene [yeah, all the liars and hypocrites ] along the same lines, quoting the law, medical science etc chapter and verse to get them to listen . . . it's the only way ANYTHING will ever change . . . annoy the bewhatsits outta them constantly . . .

Thanks everyone for your support, this is so refreshing after so long going it alone. We are doing some further modifications to the brief and getting some assistance from a top law professor in SA via emails. Lightning has found yet another area of constitutional breach by them so now we can show 3 breaches of our constitution.

 

Also given we are no longer under common law here in Victoria but under the dictate of the Victorian Parliament they have no choice but to allow us to go to the High Court and my follow up email to state and federal Attorneys General and Ministers for health they will then have to ensure they book the High Court I found out that they have to under law, again they have a problem with that little word MUST.

 

Again thank you all, it really is humbling to read what you all are saying in support of our fight. But I do urge everyone to apply to the TGA for the form to apply for medical, then apply to the health ministers in your state and do not forget Nicola Roxon she needs to be overloaded with requests for their list of approved doctors to sign the form and suppliers as is their obligation under the Single Treaty on Narcotics. She hates me already but hey the feeling is mutual so I guess we are even .

 

My aim is to give Justice Kirby the best retirement present he could ever wish for the Drug Laws and the Single Treaty.

A female friend also wants to get cannabis for her son who has Aspergers like you guys as well as mild Tourettes (not the swearing part, just the tics, etc) since her doctor suggested it on the quiet. She won't do it unless she gets legal permission though as she doesn't want hassles with the law or docs for giving it to him.

Major Overgrow this is one of the reasons we need to stop these lies and get this medicine out to those who need it. So many people are afraid of what could happen to them if they dare to use the only medicine that will give them relief from their suffering and these bastards are determined to keep the lies and fear going.

So far I have no record other than speeding fines

and I don't keep anything at home in case they

come for a surprise visit. I don't even smoke

at home (well, once in a blue moon) as have

plenty of friends not too far away who never

stop smoking. I keep my passwords in my

head and wipe my cookies & cache, even

though my computers drives are entirely

encrypted. I've seen mates busted over

silly lapses in security, complacency is

the enemy when you partake natures

best medicine. When I apply for the

medicinal cannabis I will be extra

careful just in case Big Brothers

Little Helpers are keeping eyes

open on `the non-conformist`

seeking medicinal cannabis.

 

These laws are on their way OUT.
