That can depend on a few things.

 

If you are only a very lite smoker every now and then then after your last smoke give it a week and u will be rite.

 

But the more u smoke the longer it can take, if u are a big smoker like all day every day then it can take up to a month to get out of ya system...

I have read that it can be detected even further back by means of hair folicle analysis, you could always shave your head I suppose! I guess it depends which test your trying to beat. There are some links on this page to Auusie Detox and similar which may be of help

Heavy smokers need anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks to be able to piss clean. It's a totally biased test against Cannabis users and I made sure the lady from THIESS understood my concerns the last time I failed one

Being too hydrated will fail most pre employment medicals but you are allowed to re-sit the same day. It is worth trying.

Exercise as much as you can until 5-7 days before the test, then do nothing. Eat as much crap as you can and start drinking plenty of water.

If I had to do another one I would try synthetic urine. No one has ever looked at me piss yet and I've done quite a few.

I have read a fe books that state it is very dependent on your body fat %.. the high your body % the longer it will take for the body to motbalise... they also stated it can take anywhere from 4 - 6 months...
