George Michael has been arrested in public toilets, suspected of possessing drugs.

 

Reports say the multi-millionaire singer was arrested after a tip-off from a suspicious toilet attendant after he was seen loitering in an underground toilet block in London's Hampstead Heath on Friday.

 

When police officers arrived Michael was still in the toilet block. Police reportedly found him in possession of cannabis and crack cocaine.

 

In a candid interview for BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs last year, Michael talked openly about his drug use.

 

He said: "I'm a happy man and I can afford my marijuana so that's not a problem."

 

A spokesman for the Met Police said: "I can confirm that a 45-year-old man was arrested on September 19 on suspicion of possession of drugs in the Hampstead Heath area.

 

"He was taken to a north London police station where he received a caution for possession of class A and class C drugs."

 

At Michael's last concert at Earls Court in London last month he announced to journalists that there would be no more stadium tours.

 

Michael's tour began in Barcelona in September 2006 and he has entertained more than 1.3 million fans across Europe and North America.

 

The 21-date American leg of the tour was the first time he has performed there for 17 years and included New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago and Washington.

Without bothering with details, it is self-evidently well known that marijuana leads to abhorrent sexually. Here's proof – wreathed in all the blossoming flowers of Sodom and Gomorrah! He likes cruising public lavatories for rough trade and possesses an insatiable appetite for the most degraded, transitory titillations and filth-ridden toilet liaisons!

 

Here is a man who influences countless young boys on the cusp of manhood, enticing them into a sordid lifetime of cubicles, glory-holes, damp floors and trough deodorises. Here is an individual whose incessant use of pot has rendered him oblivious to all the finer things: a wretchedly tormented poo-jabber who should long ago have been swept under history's dusty carpet - a refugee from purgatory; living in limbo. A disgrace to his family, his community, his friends, his country and deep-down, to himself!

 

Let this be a warning to all.

Smoke cannabis now and end up a pillow-biter for the rest of your life!
