Aerosmith Steven Tyler's daughter fed cannabis at eight

THE actress daughter of Steven Tyler, singer in the US rock band Aerosmith, said she was fed cannabis seeds when she was just eight years old.

Mia Tyler said she was fed them by her mother, the late actress Cyrinda Fox.

"There were pot seeds around and I would pick them up. My mom thought it was funny if I ate them," she says.

In what's is described as a no-holds barred autobiography, Creating Myself, 29-year-old Mia said the incidents led to years of drug addiction.

"It was challenging. I grew up real fast. I saw things I might not normally see,'' she said.

She also admits an obsession with cutting, the condition that makes people continuously slice open their skin and making it bleed. Mia says that many of her tattoos cover up the scarring.

Mia's half-sister is actress Liv Tyler. She only realised she had a half-sister when the pair first met backstage at an Aerosmith concert when Mia was eight.

"There was this girl who looked like me. I went home that night and I couldn't stop talking about her, and my mom was like, 'Wait a minute...' and I think she started putting two and two together and she was like, 'That's your sister.'"

The Tyler sisters have been inseparable ever since, and are now helping each other cope with single life - divorced Mia recently split from fiance Brian Harrah, and Liv is going through a divorce with rocker Royston Langdon.

"She's going through a divorce and I've been divorced so it's a lot of adult conversations," Mia said.

The only reason I've posted this stupid article is to point out that cannabis seeds do no one any harm at all. They do not contain enough THC to get anybody effected. To link eating cannabis seeds with a later addiction to anything is preposterous. :peace:
