That piece of journalism is downright offensive. I have 2 close friends who have shared with me the dillusions they have had due to their MENTAL ILLNESS, not from their drug use. One of my mentally ill friends is also extremely anti cannabis so I believe what I see and have come to know, not what a slimey journo writes to sell papers FOR MONEY, fuckin dog liar

Implants under the skin, animals being mysteriously marked, satellites following, conversations and trials conducted via the tv, the power to mind read, visits from the dead,... I've heard this and much much more terrifying truly sad stories from people I like/love and call my friends. To read this sort of news story again and again as credible, which also helps demonise ME has driven me past just being mad at the media. It has helped me withdraw from society just that little bit more. Now THAT is a worry

Social isolation is experienced by many pot users. It comes with the territory of prohibition and is necessary if you don't want to get caught. Social isolation is well known to lead to all sorts of psychological problems. I often wonder if this (at least partly) explains the link between cannabis and mental health.

It's a good thing Paddy has laid off it, he's only twenty 'n hasn't even begun to explore life's options. Plus it's clearly visable he's been spun a BS yarn from the Rev Anthony Slack. If anyone needs their head read, is the Rev.

 

Dunno about you guys, but i see a positive to what Paddy has mentioned in this snippet.

Paddy blames dealers for a lot of the problems surrounding skunk. "If they like a smoke themselves and care about who they're selling to, then they will make sure they sell decent stuff", he said

So yeah, I see a positive to it, and paddy is way too young to an addiction/habit with anything. Weather it be cannabis, prescription pill, alcohol, etc.. Only real problem i see is this Rev Anthony Slack 'n the wanker newspaper editors that ran with this story, grrr.
